Luke is a previous boxer who, after a knee injury, spent a substantial amount of time in recovery and away from a routine of exercise. Our main goal of working together was to get Luke back into a physique and mindset of being able to have his top off - and essentially restore his confidence which has always been high.
We first focussed on nailing in a solid diet plan that Luke would religiously follow. Then we looked at optimising his daily habits and LISS exercise. We also implemented a solid habit of gym attendance which we ramped up week on week. I'm proud to say that Luke's progress week on week has been nothing short of incredible. From 105KG at the end of last year, Luke is now approaching 92KG with a completely transformed, athletic physique.

Ryan is the busy owner of a growing business. After working with Coaches before without getting the desired results, Ryan started working with Aternum Fortis.
The first thing we did was map out Ryan's duties, obligations and time requirements. By understanding the pockets in each day that Ryan has to fully commit to exercise, we were able to lock in sessions and between Ryan and Aternum Fortis, we were able to keep Ryan accountable to these commitments. Ryan is in the peak season for business, but has done incredibly well to stay consistent and accountable, as well as going from strength to strength each week.
